JLAN Solutions delivers program management, acquisitions & operational support, workforce development, and technology-enabled services that help agencies strengthen mission execution, reduce risk, and achieve measurable results.
What makes JLAN different isn’t just what we deliver — it’s where we come from. JLAN Solutions was founded by a former Federal Aviation Administration professional who understood, from the inside, what government agencies actually need from their contractors. As an SBA 8(a) certified, woman-owned small business, we deliver program management, IT services, workforce development, acquisition support, and financial management to federal, state, and local agencies — with the responsiveness, accountability, and quality your stakeholders expect.
Navigating the complexities of modern government contracting requires more than just technical skill; it requires a partner committed to your long-term success. We leverage our 8(a) certification and multi-disciplinary capabilities to provide reliable, secure, and cost-effective support that empowers your agency to lead with confidence.

JLAN Solutions is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality support that helps government agencies operate efficiently, reduce program risk, and achieve mission objectives. We believe strong partnerships are built through responsiveness, accountability, operational excellence, and consistent service delivery. Our team takes pride in providing solutions tailored to each customer’s unique environment and mission requirements.
