Ronnette Meyers leads JLAN Solutions with a strong foundation in federal operations, customer service, and strategic growth. Drawing from her early career experience working for the Federal Aviation Administration, she has shaped JLAN’s long-standing commitment to responsive partnership, operational excellence, and mission-focused support across government environments. Under her leadership, JLAN has built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery.

Mario Brathwaite oversees operational execution, program delivery, and organizational strategy across JLAN’s portfolio. With extensive experience leading program management efforts across FAA, federal, and commercial environments, he has successfully supported complex contracts requiring strong operational coordination, customer engagement, and performance management. His leadership helps ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and responsive support across JLAN’s programs and partnerships.

Natasha “Tash” Durkins provides senior-level advisory support to JLAN’s CEO and executive leadership team on navigating federal agency ecosystems, strengthening business development strategy, and expanding into new markets. She brings more than three decades of experience in complex systems, including senior executive roles within the Federal Aviation Administration, as a leadership strategist, executive coach, speaker, and award-winning author of Fiercely Joyful. Her enterprise-level perspective sharpens positioning, aligns opportunities with capabilities, and supports critical decision-making.

Leticia Larancuent serves as Director of Business Development at JLAN Solutions, where she leads strategic growth initiatives, capture planning, and partnership development across the federal marketplace. With more than 15 years of experience supporting government contractors, she helps position JLAN for long-term success by identifying new opportunities and building strong customer and industry relationships. Drawing on her background in business development and program management, Leticia works closely with leadership to expand JLAN’s federal footprint while advancing its mission of delivering exceptional service to government customers.

Jake Prus drives the day-to-day success of JLAN’s federal contract portfolio, translating client requirements into on-time, on-budget results. With 10 years of project and program management experience in high-stakes, mission-driven environments, he has managed complex, long-term contracts with federal agencies including the FAA, Social Security Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and Veterans Affairs, as well as state governments in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. A Project Management Professional (PMP), Jake specializes in turning operational challenges into scalable, high-performing programs.
